Glass lined Nutsche filter – FPP/GL filter

Nutsche type pressure filters are extensively used to separate solids from liquids with the added benefit of removing impurities.
We provide agitated Nutsche filters operating under pressure and performing multi functions, such as:

  • Inertisation
  • Filtration (solid–liquid separation)
  • Cake smoothing
  • Displacement washing
  • Re-slurry washing
  • Cleaning-in-place (CIP)

All operations are conducted without exposing operators to the products and without contaminating the product itself, ensuring safety and quality at the same time.
We provide special solutions to keep the process fully contained, also during the product’s filling and discharge operations.

To meet even more stricter requirements, such as for aggressive acid conditions, we provide glass lined filters to ensure excellent resistance to corrosion.
