Pharma reactors

Pilot scale reactors are complete reaction systems on free standing movable frames. Industrial design, elevated performing stirring system and industrial type connections guarantee robustness and reliability over time.

Thanks to its compact size and trolley structure, it can be easily transported or placed under a walk-in hood. Suitable for both standard laboratory needs and scale up/research activities. Transparent glass facilitates visual inspections during reaction and guarantees excellent control of reaction temperature and homogeneous liquid stirring.

This multipurpose equipment is ideal for mixing and dissolving corrosive acid or basic liquids and/or solids, for different kinds of reactions (e.g., crystallization reactions, polymerization reactions) and for use in many other applications.

Agitator system and mechanical seal

Drive unit

  • Ultra-high torque stirrer, designed for use with remote control

  • Electrical gearmotor with manual variator

Bottom valve

  • GMP compact bottom valve
    • Robust and compact design, easy to disassemble and clean
    • The valve completely drains to avoid any residual liquid stagnation
    • With compensation spring

Support frame

  • Structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel
  • Each version is standalone
  • Fitted with wheels for easy handling


  • Material in contact with product: glass, PTFE
  • Vessel: entirely in 3,3 borosilicate glass

  • Sealing elements: FDA approved PTFE
