Filter reactors

Filter reactors are widely used to separate solids from liquids with the possibility of carrying out reactions or dissolutions, under temperature-controlled conditions.
Filtrations can be performed by gravity or by differences in pressure, with a positive pressure in the filter body and a vacuum at the outlet. After separating the liquid from the solid, the wet cake can be extracted or dried inside the filter thanks to the combined vacuum and heating action.
Operating as a filter dryer, it can process a concentrated slurry and discharge a dry powder.
All operations are carried out without exposing operators to the products and without contaminating the product itself, ensuring safety and quality at the same time.

Thanks to the compact size and trolley structure, it can be easily transported or placed under a walk-in hood. Suitable for both standard laboratory needs and scale up/research activities.

This multipurpose equipment is ideal for mixing and dissolving corrosive acid or basic liquids and/or solids, for different kinds of reactions (e.g., crystallization reactions, polymerization reactions) and for use in many other applications.
