EASYCHEM reactors
EASYCHEM pilot scale reactors are complete reaction systems on a freestanding movable frame. It is an intermediate solution between industrial and lab design. This modular system allows for different components to be assembled according to specific customer requirements, thus ensuring the utmost flexibility level for users.
Suitable for both standard laboratory needs and scale up/research activities. Thanks to its compact size and trolley structure, it can be easily transported or placed under a walk-in hood.
This multipurpose equipment is ideal for mixing and dissolving corrosive acid or basic liquids and/or solids, for different kinds of reactions (e.g., crystallization reactions, polymerization reactions) and for use in many other applications.

Material
- Material in contact with product: glass, PTFE, FEP and PEEK
- Vessel: entirely in 3.3 borosilicate glass
- Lid: 3.3 borosilicate glass or PTFE
- The PTFE/glass coupling guarantees maximum sealing, resistance to corrosion and elevated resistance to any type of glass breakage during assembly/disassembly
- Gasket, between the reactor and the cap: PTFE or FEP coated silicone;
- Bottom valve obturator: PTFE
- Stirring shaft: PTFE
- Support frame and external parts: stainless steel AISI 304
