After sales.
Our after sales service team is composed of a skilled back office team and experienced service engineers. We are strategically located in Europe, the UK, USA and Asia. Each service engineer is equipped with parts, tools and the necessary safety equipment to be able to carry out the necessary service requirements.

On site services

3V TECH TECHNICIANS SUPERVISOR
- Supervision of assembly: drive group, dust filter, discharge hatch, agitator, drive group glasslined reactors assembly ect.
- SAT + Commissioning activity: supervision execution on site.
- Start-up: supervision.
- Validation: on-site certification with the notifying body (inspector presence).
- Training: customer user manual training.
Preventive
3V TECH FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS ON SITE
3V-Tech has a team of qualified and specialized Field Service technicians able to intervene effectively in a short time.
- Preventive Maintenance Contract: 3V-Tech offers preventive maintenance contracts with its customers in order to carry out periodic checks of the equipment at the customers’ plants, including:
- Enamel checking / On-site enamel repairs.
- Disassembly and periodic inspection of the equipment identifying the spare parts to replace.
- Repairs / replacement of worn or damaged parts.
Emergency Maintenance

- Emergency mantenance: 3V-Tech in the event of an emergency, can guarantee assistance worldwide within 72 hours of reporting the fault.
3V-TECH has a team of qualified and specialized Field Service technicians able to intervene effectively in a short time:- Mechanical seal-gear Box-Bellow repair / replacement.
- Enamel repair, glasslined blade repair / replacement, glasslined valve repair / replacement, glasslined PDU repair replacement.
- Agitator, blade repair / replacement.
- Gaskets, O-ring, Filter Cartridge replacement.
- Filter bottom media repair / replacement, Valve repair / replacement, Instrument replacement.
- Hydraulic parts repair / replacement.

3V Tech automation expert: 3V Tech provides a connection device of the equipment to the web that allows to make software changes remotely or remotely check for any malfunctions or failures.
Spare Parts Department
3V TECH INTERAL SALES SPECIALIST DEDICATED TO SPARE PARTS QUTATION.
- Preliminary spare parts list: suggested spare parts list delivered by 3V Tech during the bidding phase to customer.
- Spare parts quotation (request by customer): 3V Tech has internal salespeople in the After Sales department who are dedicated to the quotation of spare parts. Mechanical seal, rotating joint, gaskets, filter cloth, glass lined blades, glasslined valves, glasslined PDU, glasslined shaft ect. In this way, any spare parts offer can be delivered quickly. In addition, a resource from the technical office is dedicated to supporting sellers in preparing the most complex offers.
Equipment Refurbishments

- Revamping of entire equipment.
